Customer Service Outstanding!
The customer service from this family owned business is amazing! I could not be there for Easter so I order these back packs for my grandchildren. It was a huge success! I also ordered the Joyin Toy 6 pack Easter eggs with the 3D puzzles. I could not have been happier with the product, the customer service and the smiles on my two grandchildren's faces! Thank you so much for showing that customer service is still alive and thriving in your family and your business! Cindy

OUTSTANDING.
Okay first off I love the packaging. Came in a cool little box that you get to open. The backpack is light easy for them to slip on and off they really liked that they loved everything about the package. But I thought that it was pretty decent quality for the price I paid I love the fact that they flashlight is pump chargeable by hand that's really cool. The compass in the magnifying glass made my son's day he loved it. I want to tell the company that you guys have got a good thing going on to keep doing it please I'm going to try to buy more products from your company because of the quality of the stuff that you guys sent good job.

Wish it was better quality
Kids whistle was cracked and compass isn’t working. I’m a little disappointed but I guess the quality is to be expected.

My 7 Year Old Chose This Over His iPod!
Overall its a great set that my kid loves. It has encouraged him to put down his ipod and head outside to explore. If I had one critique, it would be the compass. I know its intended to be a toy, but it often gets stuck and does not seem to stay on the pin which allows it to "float". We actually have a real compass that this design is based on so it was cool to see the similarities... but I wonder if there is a way to improve its performance slightly without it becoming too costly. As far as my son is concerned, its a 5 star experience!

Helped my kid get over a fear of bugs
This was a cool gift for my early 3 year old. He uses almost all the items relatively regularly. He doesn't use the compass because he's obviously too young to understand it, and I may have "lost" the whistle after a couple of days. Otherwise this kit has helped him get over a budding fear or insects because now he can catch them and study them. The only thing I didn't really like was the collapsible cup. I love the lid and the idea, but a collapsible cup comes apart easily for a kid, and you end up with bugs getting loose and a frustrated child.

Nice set
This set is good. Gave it to my 5yr old for his birthday. The moment he opened it he went straight outside to explore. I received an email from the company making sure the product was in good shape when it arrived. 3 stars because the bug catcher broke right away. I think that could be approved upon. Its nice because it has a magnifying top but the main part is broke. The compass works and the binoculars work well also.

Good quality and great price
I bought this for my 6 year old boy. He loved it! Everything in the kit is quality made and works as it should. The kit has everything a kid needs to do some backyard exploring and the crank flashlight means I'll never have to worry about batteries.

Great starter kit for outdoor adventure
We are a outdoor loving family and my 6 and 3 year old love this. They use it when on hikes, playing in the backyard and even in the house. They both really enjoy looking at the compass, though we have not discussed yet how to use it. What would be an awesome addition to the backpack would be a kid appropriate outside journal where they could draw/write about what they see and hear etc or even some guides on birds or trees or nature scavenger hunt (all things I will be printing out and adding to the backpack) materials are good but not great (they do feel a bit cheap) but also ok since 2-6 year olds can be hard on products and don't want them breaking an extremely expensive one.
