Ingredients Hon mirin (rice, koji yeast, alcohol – 1.8% total volume), soy sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt), Sudachi (citrus juice (22%)), kombu seaweed (9%), amazake (rice, koji mould, water). Free from artificial flavourings, colourings and preservatives.
