How much standardized extract, and what percentage is in each capsule? These are the important numbers.

I contacted NOW about this a couple of years ago and they told me the 160 mg product is standardized to 85-95% fatty acids, just like their 320 mg product. Why they don't put that on the bottle is beyond me, but that's what they said. One difference between the two products is the 160 mg one is not a vegetarian capsule, while the 320 mg product, which contains carrageenan, *is* vegetarian. In response to questions about this, NOW has said the carrageenan makes the 320 mg capsule vegetarian.

Yes. I tested it and it works great for me

No. This product is not vegan. On the ingredient label it states that the soft gel capsule contains bovine gelatin (BSE-free)
