I’ve tried and experimented with many herbal teas. I’ve been using this on and off for a couple years it’s a staple in my cupboard. Great for when I’m bloated, been eating unhealthily or when I’m on a weight-loss mission. It helps to cleanse the body and curb appetite. Recently discovered cold brewing it overnight helps reduce the sharp herbal taste while still getting results. If you don’t want to have to be quarantined to the toilet for days on end I recommend only having one cup in the evening. It’ll take a couple days to kick in but will only need the toilet before bed and when you wake up in the morning. The business as normal for the rest day without “accidents”. Can do this for up to 2 weeks. For fast results sip it constantly through the day refilling the same tea bag with boiling water until the water is nearly clear. NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS! Be very close to the toilet! After 3 days stop as it takes a few days to wear off. Great for those of us who need a quick fix for when we fall off the wagon. It’s not for consistent long term use.

This tea is really good. I used a Feiyan tea probably 20 years ago and it always made me have diarrhea and griping pains. This tastes a bit different to how I remember it, and only bought it cos I was suffering terrible constipation/IBS. This tea has made me regular again with no griping pains, no diarrhea and my bloating is almost non existent. I’m not drinking it to lose weight, just as a bit of a gut cleanse. Perfect for my needs. I’ll only drink it when I need to. It has a sweet, earthy taste which I quite like.

A friend recommended this tea for my mother, who's elderly and has trouble with her bowels. One cup of this tea at night is enough to keep her regular as clockwork (almost down to the minute), and she now would not want to be without it. But two bags - oh no! Start off slowly - half a cup or a quick dunk of the tea bag – and work up to the strength that is good for your unique digestion. I cannot vouch for it's detox of slimming qualities, but for keeping you regular, it works a treat.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say something important about this tea. First, it's not the tastiest, but that’s a good sign because it’s all-natural. However, make sure you drink it after a good amount of healthy food and around 4 PM. It really cleans out the toxins from your body, and you’ll be going to the toilet often, so plan accordingly! If you work in the morning, take it in the afternoon so that by night, it clears out your system. Don’t worry, by the following morning, you won’t have any diarrhea. Be careful, but it works! the actual packaging did not has the "The Authentic Feiyan Tea " written on the packaging cover. as well as the Ingredients did not shown 10x Active Ingredients as shown on the profile. Although the tea taste sweet well, however the non actual stated profile on Feiyan Tea causes a doubt that it is not Authentic because the appearance advertised not matching the actual packaging received.
