Great Customer Service
Now the seat itself is pretty comfortable and the provided USB taillight will make you more than visible at night, but something else that impressed me was the customer service. When I first got the package it was unfortunately missing the toted taillight & charger, though once I let them know of this they immediately sent me a complete replacement package no questions asked that arrived later the same week. Very pleased.

Surpised- impressed, and happy with the Customer Service FROM THE SELLER-
First, when I got the item, no instruction or chord was with. I squooshed the seat and thought "oh i dunno" as it didn't seem as squooshy or soft. With missing instructions I was worried I might struggle getting the seat on my bike. They seat style I had to replaced required me to pull out the entire guts which was a clamp like set up which was old and a bit rusty lol. I added a photo as an example as they do not have that style in their videos from what I saw.First ride was nice. Alot better than my orignal seat. I broke my lower left IPC of my pelvis(basically the circle like bone near my hip joint I sit on, so its tender)in the military many years ago, so the bike seat is crucial as I am always at risk for re-fracture. I must say, granted we had a short ride vs one hour or more, I noticed an immediate difference. So even though I THOUGHT it was not going to be great, it was.Next, I reached out to the seller about the missing items. We talked about the situation and they were quickly ready to resolve it and i expect to have that chord soon. They( Leisure Athletes) were wonderful to work with.

Bike seat
The bike seat does not fit our exercise bike. There is NO way to attach it so I’m sending it back today. Thought it said in the ad that it was the correct one so I’m very disappointed esp. now that I have to return it and lose money.

It is not what it is supposed to be
Not happy when the seat showed up the light that was supposed to come with it was not there and the seat says it's supposed to be a cushion and the seat is very hard not cushiony at all

the bike seat had been opened and all the accessories where missing, no light or cord just the empty package .

Missing some parts
I received seat but it missed usb red tail light which took big role in choosing wide seat comparing to others. And missing shockproof suspension support. I’m not satisfied and want to return it and be refunded. Thanks
