Great product, does what it says. Got it because it has an alarm and push notifications that get sent to your phone through the app. Multiple people can share the app and have access to notifications/controlling the alarm. Comes with one remote but again you can also change settings or turn on/off on the app. Works off of WiFi but you can control the app from miles away! I did find the instructions slightly confusing because some of it is broken English, understandably. Still was easy to install and I’m very satisfied especially for the price. Works with Apple and Android. No monthly fees. Search for app as one word not two-might not come up. Company seems very intuitive about customer satisfaction and eager to help sort out issues. The app is basic but effective and does what I need. Great item. Update: I actually was able to confirm that the maintenance workers in my building were coming into my apartment unauthorized!

I first wrote a bad review for this product it was my mistake I thought when I went to Google Play Store to type in protect home was two words could not find that app actually it is protecthome all one word and the app will come up

I use this for home security. The link between my fortress, and Alexa is still a struggle. Some days they work well together, other days, Alexa goes into a help mode when asked "Alexa arm my fortress ". Not sure which device is the problem. I love the fact that a chime sounds when a door is opened, while unarmed. That is a great feature for visiting grandchildren, as well as for my aging mother, when she stays with us. I needed to get assistance from customer service to assist with an initial link that would not cooperate with Alexa, and there customer service was outstanding. And these days good customer service is hard to find!

ProtectHome App keeps signing out on my mobile device which causes me to miss alarms. Product seems to work well however need to integrate with more reliable app.

The app didn't work at all. It wouldn't even let me set up an account. The instructions were a single sheet of paper which was obviously translated from another language. The equipment seemed cheap to me also. I returned it.

The alarm is a bit confusing to set, the app doesn’t work with the alarm at all, nice door and window detectors but having to push and hold a button to set it isn’t very convenient.. if the app worked it may have been ok because we could set it from our phones

Lo compré en 2019 pero ahora no me sirve porque la App para mi iPhone ya no se encuentra disponible. No se que hacer.

This package included an alarm, motion-sense camera and door sensors.....which would have been perfect for my home, but it did not support my wifi's 5G speed. I ended up returning the product, but would have loved it had it been compatible with my network.
