These insoles honestly made a noticeable difference for me. I’d say foot pain dropped by around 65 percent, just based on how they feel day to day. They’re sturdy enough to handle regular use and even hold up well with weekly washes in the laundry machine. Just don’t put them in the dryer. Let them air dry outside, preferably on a warm and breezy day, and they’ll stay in good shape. One thing to keep in mind is sizing. They work best for men’s sizes up to about 8.5 or 9 US. If you’ve got bigger feet, they might not stretch or fit as comfortably. But for average sizes and below, they really do the job and feel great overall.

Love it! I ordered these when I was dealing with foot pain (I have flat feet), and the relief was almost immediate. My feet honestly haven’t felt this good in a long time. I’ve used a well-known brand of insoles for years for extra comfort, but this one is WAY better. The support and cushioning are noticeably superior. They’re soft when you press on them, flexible, and not hard or rigid on the feet, which makes a huge difference in overall comfort. One thing I was curious about before buying since other reviews didn’t specifically mention it was whether they felt soft when pressed. I’m happy to say yes, they do! Great Birkenstock dupe. I loved my Birks and they lasted me 20 years before falling apart. However, with teenagers and their expensive taste - I usually by myself dupes. These are a great and affordable dupe and actually comfortable unlike many I have tried. I normally wear a 7.5-8, ordered the 8 and it’s perfect.

Almost can't believe it, but I'm ready to admit that I quit using my expensive hard orthotics and am all-in with these! Living with painful neuropathy is like playing musical chairs with shoe inserts, cushioned socks and pain-relieving salves. These insoles add to the cushion my feet need. So glad I decided to give them a try. And I'm reordering for another pair of shoes!

Sister thought might work for her but we have high arches and it doesn't feel comfortable to me to have slight support at arch but have a larger raised bump towards opposite side of arch which makes no sense have never seen that. Wish that was more clear would have never purchased. Glad it was cheaper so I don't care about it being a waste. Seems ok otherwise is soft enough with sticky bottom and non slip upper.

These are awesome. Very comfy, fit perfectly down inside my rain boots, even though there a 9, I still didn't have to cut them, there snug, but once you walk on them, it's like your feet are being supported by soft clouds

I wear Hey Dudes (I have small but wide feet ato the point that even tennis shoes rub my feet wrong but Hey Dudes work well for me) and they’re not great with support over time so I bought these for a pair to try it out. The small size fit in my women’s size 6 Hey Dudes perfectly. I had to take out the original insole (didn’t feel bad, but this felt much better) to put this in but no issues. I was thrilled I didn’t need to cut! It feels wonderfully cushioned with some support and I’m excited to see how long they’ll last! I’ll definitely get these for my other Hey Dudes.

I like how thick they are and it's actually very comfortable to wear in my work shoes when I'm on my feet for 8 hours straight.
