Good product
I really needed a knee brace for a while. This one is very comfortable and the gel insert is very plush. Not cheap at all. The support is just enough and the hot or cold option is great.

Great ice pack, but the box is inaccurate. There is no small gel pack.
I bought this to help ease the inflammation in my knee due to arthritis. I was particularly interested in this product because the box said there was a “free bonus small round gel pack”. I envisioned being able to put the cold behind my knee or right on my patella, rather than wrapping the whole area. Unfortunately, I have not gotten this small gel pack in either of the 2 boxes I received. (I returned the first, thinking it was just a faulty box.) Now I see the small pack is also missing from the second box. Bummer.

A helpful tool for knee replacements
I basically like this product a lot. My only complaint is that the gel-ice pack that comes with it is really stingy on the gel, and it defrosts in no time. But I solved the problem by buying a bigger gel pack at another store for about $5.99. I can fit them both into the pocket, and that makes it work much better. It is very well and substantially made, and a good concept in cooling!

In love!
I have a bad knee from running on the pavement, this brace fits comfortably on my knee and provides the relief that I need. The ice/ hot pack built in is such a wonderful surprise! I often have to put a heat pack on my knee after a long active day. It’s nice being able to put it in the wrap and go!

As other buyers. Item is missing parts clearly stated on the box
I was looking forward to receiving this item due to a recent need injury. After receiving the item there was a missing gel pack and the free gift does not exist.Returned the item and awaiting for a refund

Great product not for me
It did't work for me.I was looking for something that cover my entire knee . This knee ice pack gel wrap just cover the top of my knee.sorry

Fit well
Very comfortable and good fit for the knees and would work well for the elbows. The removable ice pads are a generous size.

Great for after workouts
I have knee pain after working out and this is amazing for it. Allowing me to be able to still get things done instead of holding the ice in place.
