Good product and it could have been better.
Product is good, only wish the foam were a bit softer as I am using it for my 89 year old father. Nonetheless it serves well for its multi-purpose functions. I am using it to elevate my dads ankles and knees for ultra sound and TENS physiotherapy etc. Stitching and packaging of the product are excellent and I am going to order for another one for the other leg. I have given a 4 star rating because the foam could have been a little softer for overnight comfort and also because the delivery boy from Amazon simply chucked in the package over the main gate and left without calling or informing me about the delivery maybe because it was already paid for via Amazon pay. What if the package had breakable items. Would Amazom please treat this as feedback for improvements in personnel training and for adding a comments option in the feedback page.
