So nice to buy a quality product that won't need to be replaced in a few months. It's a keeper.

This is a well-thought-out product

I first saw this on either Cook's Country or America's Test Kitchen. I loved how the niche in the scraper blade allowed you to rest it on the edge of a bowl or pan. It was reviewed in the early 2000s and was declared the best scraper. ATK or CC (dunno which) recently did an updated review. Despite new innovations from competitors, this scraper was still declared the best of all. The hostess said, "I expected that. We've been using them in our test kitchen for years!"Plus, it tolerates up to 500F. In other words, you can use it to flip things in the broiler.

I bought this because some of the spatulas my wife has for baking just didn't have enough of a sturdy feel to them for use in cooking in a pan or pot on the stove.When I pulled it after delivery I could tell this spat was definitely commercial grade quality.The first recipe I used it in made the work so easy because there was no flimsy bending or worries that the heat might affect it.Very pleased. I may need another or two.

This feel sturdy but still not as sturdy as the rubbermaid I used to know.

This is now my favorite spatula. It has a great combination of stiffness with just the right amount of bend. The high temperature resistance is great. I highly recommend this spatula.

I love the Rubbermaid Commercial Silicone Spatulas. I first bought the 16.5 inch size several years ago, as they are perfect to use with my large stand mixer and also when mixing large batches of things. I was needing some shorter spatulas to replace some old ones that I have had for years so decided to splurge a bit and picked up 2 of the 9.5 inch spatulas when they were on sale during Prime Day. I am so happy I did as I have used the several times already and found them to be the perfect fit for when i just need a small spatula. The quality if really fantastic, they are sturdy, have a notch to use to rest on the edge of pots or bowls with, and are easy to clean, even not staining with some foods which would heavily stain other spatulas.

Still number 1. It has a good flex and is just sturdy enough to get the job done. I have other brands and sizes too but this is my favorite brand.
