It says it's 100% ground peanuts, so I assume that is exactly what it is. However I found it to taste and behave completely differently to a different (American) brand that I prefer and returned to

Our organic peanut powder is a powder. We grind ourselves. There was a little mistake on Amazon. We updated the value of the Energy, its 387kcal / 1623 kJ per 100gr.
