Great for weight loss...Used in conjunction, with a keto diet I have lost, a stone in just over a month!..I take it, as follows:-2 table spooks, combined with 2 table spoons of fresh, lemon juice ( Not from concentrate) with just under a pint of water, also with some pumpkin spice mix.This is taken, first thing on a empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast.I then take, a further 1x table spoon full, with 1x table spoon of Lemon juice, in the same amount of water 30 mins or so, before each meal...I'm still steadily losing my, excess weight following my diet, and using this product!This is a hugely recommended product..It's a Braggs Beater pure n simple 😉😎You soon, get used to the flavour... around two weeks in 😉😋😎..Drink in water, through a straw or rinse your mouth well, after use to avoid any tooth enamel issues...ACV with the mother, is great for all kinds of health issues, aswel as cleaning out your kettle, to washing your loo!..Versatile it sure is!

I buy this one regularly as I use it daily and it comes with great value when going for 5 litres. Now to make it clear about thé mother in it or not.. It HAS THE MOTHER and each bottle is different. When you get it looks pretty clear but once you've opened it the mother grows with time. So even if it appears it doesn't have it just watch..bacteria will make itself visible to your eye too. As I said I am a regular with this seller and never had an issue.

I have tried 3 brands of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother. This was the third . The first , a popular brand was too bitter. The second had much improved taste but had gone up considerably in price. So I took a try on this one. I was pleased with the taste (as good as no 2 but quite different in taste and appearance) This looks the real deal - in both taste and price.

Bought as reviewers believe it may help in healthcare re blood pressure, cholesterol etc. Don’t know if it does but I’m willing to give it a go. Tastes ok, tablespoon in glass of water daily. Astringent, clean acidic flavour. May not be to everyone’s taste but I quite like it. Add it to salad dressing, put it on your chips.

Previously used as different brand and expected this to be similar.Pleasantly surprised to be able to taste the apple / cider flavour in this vinegar.Will buy again when I run out.I use it added to honey in warm water to drink first thing every morning and it eases arthritic inflammation.
