Does the job but I’d love to say it was broken.
Not hi tech but it does the trick. I’m as fat as I thought. You can watch videos on YouTube to see how to use it. If you’re looking for a really accurate % you prob need do several places on your body and get a partner. I just needed a rough idea of what the damage was before I started a 30 day vegan shred.

Don’t buy this
I’ve had 3 of these. This is the worst. My other calipers I was able to get consistent readings. This one takes a lot of pressure to overcome the “click” to get it to measure. Which leads to inconsistent readings. Save your money. Do not buy this one.

Thought I was getting something that would be accurate
Comes with only unnecessarily imprecise instructions for an abdominal pinch which you cross reference to a body fat percentage. No thigh or underarm measurements are used in the calculation nor is height or body weight which should be part of the inputs. Was looking for something that would more plausibly produce a meaningful result like that done at a fitness center.

The product is ok.
The calipers are made from a somewhat thin plastic but I do not feel it will break with me just using. I did drop it on the tiled for and was concerned it may have cracked. Other than that it seems like it works they way it is intended.
