Are these shoes good for high arches?

I have fairly high arches and plantar fasciitis, and these shoes are very comfortable for me. I am a teacher and wear them all day on a concrete floor with no problems.

I wear a size 6 shoe and 6.5 sneaker. What size should I buy?

I’m a 7 1/2 and the 7 1/2 was too big in this particular design. The leather ones fit me fine in 71/2 though.

Can you wash the inserts? These shoes don't breathe very well in spite of the mesh.
