how many capsules a day ?

The label says 1-2 capsules one to two times per day. I have used more than that if I’m having an issue. (That is my personal usage. You take how it is best for you.)

Soo.. exactly what is in this pill????

Not a single person actually answered the question. Saying it contains herbs doesn't really tell this person anything. Anyway, there is a screenshot of the ingredients but I'll list them anyway: 500mg per capsule. Dong Quai root, Ophiopogon root, Poria fungal body, Chinese Asparagus root, Chinese Skullcap root, Gardenia fruit, Luo Han Guo fruit, Platycodon root, Tangerine mature peel, White Mulberry root bark, Zhejian Fritillary bulb, Schisandra frut, and Chinese Licorice root.

One of the reviews mentioned ephedra. does this product contain ephedra under another name? i thought ephedra was banned in the us.

Ephedra has been banned since 2004. Other plants/substances with the same side effects are ma huang, sida cordifolia, pinellia, norephedrine, & ephedraine. There are absolutely plenty of reason to be careful with ephedrine or anything similar. If you have anxiety it's a bad idea to take it. Same if taking antidepressant. High blood pressure or high blood pressure meds are not a good mix with ephedra like substance either. Now, that I just sounded like a commercial, nothing in the ingredients seemed too match any of ephedra's qualities, but you should call the company.

It says this product can expose you to lead. What's up with that?!

Is that the California proposition 65 thing? I read once that lead is everywhere and in soils etc. Thanks to decades of leaded gas..
