what are wild tiles and how does this game differ from regular bananagrams ?

Hello. Wild Tiles is a version of Bananagrams that includes 6 "Joker" tiles that can be used as any letter during game play. The original version does not include these tile.

Can you mix with the regular bananagram?

Hello. You could mix them if you wanted to. They are the same size. The only difference is the coloring of the letter. The wild tiles have a dark brown tone to them.

The description says for "3-20 months" of age. So are there no letters? Are the tiles huge so that babies don't swallow them?

I really do not know, why they put this into the description. There are letters, and the game is for schoolchildren and adults. I would say, kids ages 8 and higher would enjoy playing it. This is definitely not for babies, tiles are small and are a choking hazard.
