Just received my order today! These ties look exactly like the pictures. I ordered the Silver Stripe, Black Stripe and the Yellow Stripe "The yellow is my favorite". The shipping was fast and the service was excellent. I would recommend and will purchase more ties in the future. The email's I received were accurate. Jeffery Allan ties are of a great quality. The Sunday before Christmas, I was planning to wear a burgundy velvet sports blazer, light gray check pants, burgundy double monk strap shoes, gray sweater vest and a white shirt. I was shopping for a burgundy & gray tie and ran across this one, on Amazon, Needless to say on that Sunday, I received numerous compliments at church. Amazon has a great variety of ties and at discount prices, can't go wrong. I'm never dissatisfied with items, purchased. Always great quality a well made, I would definitely recommend for others to purchase.

I bought two of these ties for a wedding, and they were great. The material has that smooth polyester feel, and the tie is very shinny (in a good way). The pattern is very classy and goes with any occasion. The gold color in the picture is very accurate, so you can plan your outfit even before the tie arrives in the mail. I'll definitely buy ties from this vendor again. All of that being said, these are not Armani ties, so don't expect the quality of a $200 tie.

This was the perfect tie for the groom on our wedding day! It’s an impressive quality tie for the price and he got compliments on it from the store he bought his suit from! Only word of caution: it does NOT come with the pocket square! I tried having Amazon replace the product to have the pocket square included but that shipment didn’t include it either. We got a solid light silver tie from Tiemart to match it instead. Other than that we couldn’t have been happier with this tie for my groom!

First, consider the price. Nine dollars for a tie is very inexpensive. Second, check your expectations of this tie being the same as a fifty dollar tie and enjoy your purchase! I purchased this tie in a red and silver combination (doesn't seem to be available at the time I'm writing this review) to give as a gift to a teacher who coaches a track team with silver and red as their school colors. The tie arrived packaged in a clear plastic bag so I had to dress it up a bit with a box and some tissue, but the end result was the same as if I'd spent a lot more money. He was pleased and it looks great on. I'd recommend these Scott Allan Men's Striped Neckties to folks on a budget who still want to look good!

I am a financial advisor and constantly in front of clients. I have some fairly pricy ties in my closet, but I also have a dog with nails that were meant catch silk and destroy "pretty things" the moment I walk in the door. So off I went on a hunt for "cheap" "expensive looking" ties. This fit the bill perfectly. I have received numerous compliments on this tie. It looks like it belongs next to many of the higher priced ties in my collection. I have used it quite a lot recently. When tied it produces a fairly thick knot (Full Wind) but has enough length to compensate. I have had other ties from Amazon that tie even thicker knots to the point that I can't use a full wind. This is well rounded tie all-in-all. If it was a $50 tie it would be 4 star. Given that it costs $15 ... can't give it anything less than 5. Note - One person described this tie as "yellow" over "gold." All I can say is, the tie looks identical to the picture. I'm wearing it right now with a white shirt, blue subtle pinstriping, and it is about as gold as it gets. It goes perfectly with the pen in my pocket with gold accents. (I'm really not snobbish I just like to look good :P) You won't regret this purchase.

Very good quality for under $20. I can hand wash the tie, which is a feature I really wanted. Dry cleaning ties is expensive.
