We've been drinking from plastic bottles when we go out for walks and I worry about chemicals leaching from the plastic. We wanted to switch to a reusable glass water bottle because glass doesn't bleed chemicals into your water like some plastics can. We got one of these Yomious 20 Oz Borosilicate Glass Water Bottles with a bamboo lid, and now our water certainly tastes much fresher and cleaner than it did coming from a plastic bottle. And the glass is thick and durable; I dropped it once and it didn't break. The bamboo lid closes tightly and doesn't leak, even when the bottle is on its side. Washing it is really simple - it comes with a bottle brush. Just use a little soap and water, swirl the brush around, rinse and it is good to go! And the silicone outer sleeve helps you grip it, whether you are taking a drink from it, or washing it in the sink. If you drink a lot of water, are on the go and you want a solid glass water bottle without plastic aftertaste, then we can tell you that we really liked this one! We'll be using the Yomious glass bottle whenever we go on a walk together - it's great!

This is a wonderful water bottle. Clean and aesthetic and comes in a number of colors. A plus is that if it is broken within 90 days of purchase, they will replace it free of charge. (Don't forget to take a photo and send it.)

Unfortunately, even after purchasing this item three times because I admire the simplistic, sleek design of the bottle, any sort of sleight drop from even a moderate height - say, from your hip - means utter destruction of the bottle. And to be clear, I mean a complete shatter beyond repair. The silicon sleeve does next to nothing to keep the bottle from breaking very easily, sadly. Truly, it works wonderfully as a water bottle - no drips, airtight, and a smart looking design - but if you drop this thing on anything other than carpet, do not expect it to survive. Sadly, I'm going to switch to a BPA-free plastic bottle. Can't find anything that looks as good as this bottle does, but, I just can't trust it's integrity.

This is a beautifully designed product. The borosilicate glass is strong and light weight. I love that this bottle fits in my cup holder, but it’s too distracting to unscrew the cover while driving. I can use it around the house.

I am very clumsy and I have put this bottle to the TEST. Doesn't leak, has held up to many falls, the bamboo part of the lid cracked and came off but I glued it back on and it's very sturdy again. The strap on top is very secure. Easy to wash and water doesn't taste weird like plastic or metal bottles. It's also very cute I get tons of compliments.

I was a little skeptical when I bought this because I have two kids and I was worried that if I shared the water bottle with them it would get broken pretty quickly. Still, the idea of getting something where I didn't have to worry about BPA, was more recyclable than plastic, and looked nice was too good to pass up so I took a shot. I'm glad I did. The bottle was shipped quickly and even came with a bottle brush so I can clean it. I smelled it before I used it and was happy that there wasn't a strange smell (usually a plastic one) that I experience with other bottles. Glass just feels cleaner and it smells cleaner too. There's no flavor in the water from the glass. The bottle is easy to clean and a lot more sturdy than I expected. It's made of thick glass and has a rubber sleeve to protect it if it's dropped. I tipped the bottle over to see if it would leak because my kids sometimes don't understand what right side up is. It survived that test as well. I'm happy with my purchase!

I liked it, but it cracked so quickly. You’d think thick glass wouldn’t break so easily (tipped over in sink). Also, wish the top had a straw hole.

Product is lightweight (for glass), has a nice grippy silicone sleeve and an upscale feeling lid. The sleeve helps prevent you from placing it too hard and breaking the glass. Threads are pretty coarse allowing you to quickly open and close the top. The 20 oz is a narrow cylinder and should fit in almost all cup holders. Overall this is a good buy compared to other glass bottles. It is a great alternative to plastic or metal bottles which can leach into your drinking water. Note that the lid inside is silicone and stainless steel, but in an upright position these will not contact the water very long.

wash the rubber handle from top to bottom to remove the rubbery smell. I have been using for a 2 weeks now and still doing good. Even tried pouring hot coffee still intact.

PRO: looks great, feels great, great size, great functionality CON: even when you turn the lid super tight it still leaks badly when you shake it or turn it on its side, so this bottle is great if you only use it for water and always keep it upright

Nice looking but the interior plastic cover does not fit anymore, so water constantly spill if it not standing straight up. I had to dispose of the bottle.
