These probiofics were recommended to me by my ob/gyn during pregnancy and they are very good! The bottle is huge compared to the quantity of pills (waste of plastic indeed) but they are effective! They have particularly helped me with my constipation and stomach discomfort during pregnancy, especially if I take them everyday right after breakfast and with a cold or room temperature drink (not hot as my doctor said this could impact the effectiveness). Overall, I do recommend them. I am currently on my 4th bottle.
