I’ve tried a lot of supplements over the years, but I had to leave a review for Nature Made Cholesterol/CholestOff because my results truly shocked me, and even shocked my doctor. I had blood work done very close together, and after taking just one bottle consistently, my LDL cholesterol dropped from 146 to 128. My HDL also stayed in a great range. When my doctor saw the results, he actually asked me what I had done because he couldn’t believe my numbers improved that much in such a short period of time. I didn’t make any extreme lifestyle changes, so I really believe this supplement played a major role in the improvement. I also had no side effects, which was another huge plus for me. Seeing those results gave me so much motivation to keep focusing on my heart health. Real results. My total cholesterol 227 with elevated LDL 163 in September 2025. I started this product late February 2026 and rechecked cholesterol panel yesterday April 30th 2026. Total cholesterol 184 and LDL reduced to 113. I've maintained my diet which has always been decent diet, workout is the same, overall weight is the same. Honestly, the significant changed was these vitamins. I've had my family start these vitamins bad on my results

I'm really not sure if it was effective towards my cholesterol levels, but I had some issues with other things. As a diabetic, I would apply a CGM sensor and it would just bleed profusely once the needle would puncture my skin. I'm worried that it might even be a similar type of blood thinner. Be cautious of course

What can I say except it really works you have to do exactly what it says two in the morning two before your meal at night and within a year, my cholesterol was perfect and I weaned myself off of the satin drug and it’s still good.

This is a perfect supplement for cholesterol I love it cause it work for me, My cholesterol levels was high I do blood work November 20 my LDL 218, non-HDL 235, cholesterol 289 after taking cholestoff plus from then I went back to do blood work 21 April and my numbers was down LDL 143, non-HDL162, cholesterol 203 and it be perfect if I did take the right amount that was recommended but I only take two per day and I started my second bottle like a week now.
