Hi I recieved this laptop just 2-3 days back and when IT person tried to install MS office etc. It's generating very high heat.. and I am not finding any option to return it...Please call me and get this product back

Lenovo Thinkpad (Certified Refurbished = New in Discounted Price)
I bought this Lenovo Thinkpad to be specific "Certified Refurbished" Laptop for the first time. And I find no difference in this as compared to buying a brand new laptop. Infact I am so happy to get the same product in half the price. I am mostly using it for my work and study purpose and it's been more than one and half month; I have no issues with the Laptop. I am not so much into providing reviews of products that I have bought so far, however I realized I should tell other buyers to buy Certified Refurbished products as it is really worth the price and a wise deal to make.

Worst product..Amazon and Retailer r duping customers..don't fall into trap..they r not refunding the money..

Too many issues
This laptop doesn't seem to be refurbished. A refurbished laptop is one which works as it is expected to. However, the one which has been delivered to me has issues which should not exist in a refurbished laptop. Let me list down1) System lags and not a millisec lag a good 2 sec lag on every task you do including typing.2) Frequent error message of battery change.3) When any CD/DVD is inserted system hangs.Raised the same to UsedYetNew (The authorized refurbishing partner of Microsoft). The technician checked and confirmed that the issues exist and asked the same to be returned. Got the same returned. They informed that issue was due to OS and they have reinstalled the OS and issues won't occur. The now re-refurbished laptopbis delivered and the issues haven't disappeared. The system is still slow but not as compared to before. The DVD is readable but not all of them. The same is readable in other laptop.Battery error message is less frequent. New issues have crept on. Like Avast installing itself automatically and Segurazo malware found. Have raised the same 'again' with UsedYetNew tech team. Will update my feedback later.

Speaker defective
Speaker is not functioning properly but not receiving any support from amazon or the seller despite several attempts. Compared with other thinkpad and measured sound to be poor.

Useless product and service
The laptop's battery was dead, DVD drive was not going in once out and speakers have not been working.Trying to return this useless product since a month now but amazon service is also 3rd class. No one has come to pickup the laptop till date. AMAZON RETURN ME MY MONEY.

It is in working condition but looks like used product. But its fine. We don't have any problem till now. It is with original charger.
