I am amazed by this girdle, its soft texture, it is very adjustable, and the color is beautiful.

I ordered this today and got same day delivery after looking at corsets and waist training vests....sauna suits and everything else for a week ..... I have been waist training for a two years now and took a break for the last 7 months after my last one size medium for too large... About a month ago I started to notice the inches on my waist coming back so I was like I need to get a new one....I bought a size medium because I didn't believe I had gained enough to size out of my last size. I am a size 7/8 pants and a size 6/7 in dresses.....a size up at most....I guess I have a short torso because this fits so perfect. when I first opened it I was happy like this is great quality but after opening it all the way I was sad like it's not going to fit at all I did gain too much...😮‍💨 But then I tried to put it in on managed to hook the first row..... It was not easy I might add but that's what was great about it if you know what I mean. Once closed I was instantly snatched....doesn't itch or feel uncomfortable .... Doesn't roll up....even snatches in my lower pooch ..... Without any hanging lol ....feels so secure ...I can't wait to size down.... I will be wearing this 8 hours a day 7 days a weeks ...from experience it will only take about a month before I'm shopping yianna again ...hopefully

I initially got this for shape wear a few years ago. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort because well-a corset. I only wore for special occasions, so it was not something I wore daily. Recently, I started experiencing back pain to the point of limiting daily activities. I was about to order a new back brace when I remembered these were supportive and improved posture. So I just ordered two more for this reason. Unlike a regular back brace, this can be worn undetectable under clothing and has that benefit of giving a slimming silhouette. I can wear all day in comfort and my back is thanking me. I knew it would work when I wore it just to do housework. This new breathable style works for the summer.

I have another waist trainer in a size Medium that is a little loose on the last set of hooks, but it older and stretched out. I actually use the waist trainers as a back brace because ones that I wear over the clothes just ride up and have to be adjusted all day long. I've found increased back pain relief with the waist trainers as opposed to traditional back braces. I originally purchased a small and had to return it because I could barely get it closed and it gave me a truckload of backfat lol. Medium just arrived and it almost fits me like my stretched out waist trainer. I have it hooked on the 2nd to last row. I'm hoping that the extra steel bones that it'll offer more support and keep it from getting stretched out. This brand does not provide or even sell an extender which is a shame, because the small one would have been perfect with an extender. I tried using and extension that came with another brand, but there was just a slight difference in the hook placement that cause it to warp and distort too much. So far, I am impressed with how the 25 steel bones allow it to keep its shape very well. I meant to purchase the breathable one, so I might have to set this one aside soon until winter and just purchase another one.

It has a weird rubber like material on the outside, but not on the inside. Not sure if I love the outside material, but it worked OK under the dress as I was using it under so no complaints there I guess. I sized up because I read a lot of reviews that said that it did not fit through the size. I could have gone with my normal size. I ended up wearing it on the third row of hooks which means I only have one more row to go down to as I size down. Wish I would’ve ordered the medium but I ordered the large instead. For reference I am 5’6”and weigh 153 pounds. I easily could’ve gone with the medium. It is a little difficult to get closed, but that’s to be expected with this type of thing. overall, I’m pleased with the purchase. Just wish I would’ve sized that my normal size.

This snatched my waist and gave me a smooth look. It even fit down to my pelvic bone which I loved and appreciate. I would definitely recommend. All day wear would depend on the person though.

This is a good waist trainer I would say for beginners. Once you get it on it is comfortable and it's not stabby but the stitching around the top and bottom may give you a bit of a rug burn -ish effect. So I definitely would suggest wearing a tank top underneath. My personal issue with this is my waist is a 29 relaxed so according to the size chart I should have gotten a small but I know better. So I went with the extra small and as you can see in the photo it's already on the last hook so I have nowhere to go from here and they don't have an extra extra small. So for my experienced waist training girlies this one has just a little bit too much give for me.
