This book is very costly at Rs 400 contains only 63 pages felt cheated .The content is also very much average . Donot purchase you will end up frustrated .

Not exactly what I expected
The delivery was very prompt. There is 100% satisfaction on that issue. But the contents came out to be a damp squib. The preface doesn't bring out the essence of Patanjali Yoga and its association with Kriya Yoga. Moreover, although translation is there, the sanskrit shlokas in Roman script are difficult to read and understand for one who is well-versed in Hindi/Sanskrit in Devnaagari script as well. Hence they should be given by replacement or by addition in Devnaagri script. Maybe this comment of mine may lead to the next edition(s) make the necessary alterations.

The price of book is 400,but they took 500 fir what,no idea.its over cost and lahiri mahasaya autobiography contains more than this one
