This light is super bright. I bought the one that fits a 10 gallon tank. I had to buy the Mingdak timer which is also a dimmer to run it at about 60 percent brightness. The full spectrum of this light made my cherry shrimp look alot bolder. The plants are growing well, not too much algae on the glass at a lower brightness. My only complaint aimed to all the manufacturers of these lights is that manually you can run them with all the lights on or just the blue ones for night time, but you can't do that with the timer, it's either on or off. Would be great to ramp it down at night and turn on just the blue leds...I use a separate blue light strip on a separate timer for night time. I am 100% happy with the quality of the light. Not waterproof, use it over a glass cover

If I could rate this 10 starts I would. This light is awesome. It made my tank look 1,000x better. Hoping it brings some of my plants back to life. Lack of light previously made my plants start to look pretty sad.

Esta lámpara desde que llegó me encantó! Es muy fuerte y a mis peces les encanta. Es una muy buena inversión para la pecera ya que cuenta con dos tipos de luces: blanco para el día y azul para la noche. El azul, es muy importante para los que tienen peces de agua salada es por eso que recomiendo comprar este tipo de luz. A la misma vez trae como 1o 2 led verdes o rojo. En fin, es una muy buena lámpara.

It may not have the gimmicks of a dimmer or remote, but its a solid little light. Very bright, and has been working great so far. It is a full spectrum light with a few red, blue, and green LEDs. Wish it had a few more of the colored lights.. but the plants all seem to grow great in my tank regardless. I have this over a terrarium, and my only regret was that I didn't get the larger model. It still fits over my tank.. but I really wanted it to rest across my other tank also. The light its self is 20" the legs help it extend out more... should have read more carefully. Otherwise a great light.

It is very bright, can change to day or night. Only thing I don’t like is water or condensation gets inside the light. Don’t know what the long term out come will be.

Out of the box a dud.Plugged it in flicker and then dead.Very dissatisfied, now have to wait on a replacement with tank already set up.

This light has pretty good value. It is plenty bright. Runs cool too. Was delivered fast.
