I had an issue with one of the handles being broken on delivery - i messaged them on their website and they sent me a new set no problem. It took about a week in all but happy with the service. They look lovely and clean. Remember you need to cut the twist lock spindle down to suit your door. Screws are pretty decent crossheads, which makes a nice change from flatheads. Sturdy feeling doorhandles.

beautifully packed, handles in individual cloth bags to prevent scratches, sturdy box. Handles appear to be high-quality finish and well-made. Also manufacturer was extremely helpful, above and beyond, when I went to them with a small problem of my own making.

Very disappointed in the bathroom door handles because the distance from the handle to the lock hole does not fit my door. If the dimension between the two centres had been shown I would not have ordered them. For information the centre’s dimension is about 50mm whereas my lock is 72mm. Check before you buy. I now either return them or buy and fit another lock.

Nice handles unfortunately when i purchased i thought i would get the locking mechanism with it. I didnt, and they are not that easy to find. So just put it under the stairs and probaly will throw it out in a year or so.

XFORT® Flat Bathroom Polished Chrome Door Handles Purchased to replace our very old Victorian brass scroll handles that were looking very dull and dated. They were the same size and were a straight swop. The only downside was that a few of the screws were slightly damaged on installation as they were not of a particularly high quality. Just have to give up fitting the third set of door handles as the spindle that operates the locking mechanism does not fit through the holes in the handles

Well, made not a bad price, but not the best of finishes
