This review is for the 4-outlet version. I like it, and I'm ordering 10 more! They are small enough that you can fit them side-by-side on a power strip.As other reviewers have mentioned, the swivel action is EXTREMELY stiff. The benefit of this is that the outlet won't "droop" once it's plugged in. The downside is that you think it may break before it moves! I placed both prongs on top of my workbench and pressed down in order to get the swivel to work. A better way is to plug it into an outlet strip (or another adapter if you happen to buy two) and apply even pressure until it moves. After working it back and forth a few times it will loosen up, but remain stiff enough to hold position.Highly recommended if you want to swivel once and forget it, NOT recommended if you need to swivel daily.For safety it's also polarized, which means one prong is wider than the other. This also means that it can only be plugged into a wall outlet or power strip in one orientation. It would be useful to have "right hand" and "left hand" versions.If they could improve on the swivel, the product would be just about perfect!

This is just what we needed to help get our toaster oven closer to the backsplash on the kitchen counter. It also helps to keep the power cord away from the heat. The slim and low profile design, plus the 90 degree angle, make this adapter the perfect connection to power your counter top appliances. This adapter is well designed and high quality. We highly recommed it.

We were unable to use this for the purpose we needed. Those plastic protrusions prevent the 3-Way extender from being plugged in all the way when it is swiveled. (The width of this device is too narrow for those protrusions to clear the outlet plate.)

Needing a slim multi outlet adapter for a tight spot on my office wall, I ordered this. It appears to be able to fold to lie flat against the wall but the actual device has raised edges along the sides that stop it from lying flush to the wall. It will only angle down or up at about 45 degrees. Additionally, the prongs on this are exposed a bit when plugged in which feels and looks very unsafe. This plus the entire reason for ordering it being blocked by it's own design has me baffled by this thing. I'm keeping it because it's just inexpensive enough to not bother with the return and I needed a solution ASAP. Here to order a better adapter and then will throw this one out. I do not recommend this, looks like a fire hazard.

First of, while I am giving this product 5 stars that is for the product itself and not the delivery. If you are buying this product and expecting it to arrive with a few days at best to a week at worse because it has the "Prime" shipping label then you should look elsewhere for quick ship items. This product SHOULD NOT be labeled "Prime" it does not meet the shipping requirements. I have ordered this twice now, the first time shipping took 9 days from time of purchase to time of delivery, the second time still has yet to arrive and is projected to get here 13 days after I placed the order.With that out of the way, I can get to the actual product review.You get what you pay for. This is a cheap plastic box with copper components designed to split power between 4 different appliances, the end. It really is that simple, and it works. For the price, and the fact that it has 4 outlets instead of the standard 3, I give it 5 stars. It has been successfully hooked up to a digital timer and powering 4 separate lighting elements for use with reptiles, 12 hours a day, for the last 3 months with out issues.I recommend it, but don't expect a quick delivery if you need it in a hurry.

I had a very specific need for this product, or one like it: A bathroom switch/outlet combo with a wide, paddle rocker switch and in which I wanted to plug a fat Febreze Fade Defy Plug (B08TB82CPT), a Braun Clean and Charge (B00189R9GU) with a 2-prong plug, and a hair dryer with a GFCI plug. A typical 3-way, side-by-side adapter wouldn't work because it would block the paddle rocker switch. Other adapters would turn the GFCI plug on its side which would look stupid and cause the cord to be in the way. I tried some other compact adapters but everything was either too wide and blocked the switch or too tall and didn't fit under the plug-in air freshener or the outlets were angled wrong or too close together, etc., then the rains stopped and the clouds parted and I found this unique product. It fits perfectly under my air freshener and beside my paddle switch, it allows me to plug in my hair dryer without turning it or having it stick out any farther than the air freshener, and it even allows me to plug in my shaver charger vertically instead of horizontally, partially hidden behind the hair dryer plug. As if that weren't enough, I can also plug in an electric toothbrush and still have one outlet left open for a curling iron when needed. I have to admit I was a little afraid this no-name, non-UL-listed product might burst into flames but after several months of continuous use it hasn't yet so I'm pretty happy with it. My only (minor) complaints are the hinge is a bit loose so if it's bumped it might swing out from the wall a little and you all but have to hold it when plugging/unplugging something on the sides due to it flexing.

Product arrived on time, but was not quite what I expected. The benefit of having the adjustable outlet is so that you can bend it up or down in tight spaces. But this product has little tabs that make it so you can’t angle it to 90 degrees, making it much less useful.
