is this cuff compatible with the 3 series omron?

This cuff did not work with my OMRON SERIES 3. And I'm not sure what another buyer referred to as "several adaptors" - there was nothing in the box I received except the cuff and hose itself.

Only the cuff is different. As long as it fits the arm, and plugs in to the monitor, it will work.

Is this cuff compatible with the BP5259 model?

I don't have that model. I have a BP7450, which the cuff worked with. Unfortunately, the cuff was too small for my arm. I did attach it and it inflated correctly.
