Easy with python code, difficult without
I have no ability to find solutions manually, so I (also) wrote code to solve it. If you allow for words in both directions (both center wheel to edge wheel, and edge to center), you more than double the product's stated number of solutions. Here's a sample solution: "DASH", "OLDS", "PAIL" (reversed), and "TEMP" (reversed).The small circular cap (that keeps the wheels secured) had detached during shipping, but I glued it back on. We'll see if it holds with use.

Not that easy to use
This word wheel puzzle looks easy - but so far as I can determine, all there is to do is to turn the different wheels and try to find 4-letter words going in either direction, from the outside in, or the opposite. Seems pretty hard to find words. I don't really enjoy using it, but others who like hunting for words more might like it. For what it is, at the current price point it doesn't seem like a good value.
