The suction cups holds very nicely. Easy to place in my walk-in shower. And delivery was fantastic next-day.

Excellent for the soaking bathtub, fits well and does not slide around.

May sticks to the tub really well so I don’t slip and fall, but being in Florida with the chemicals in the water, it does not stay crystal clear for color as when purchased. Have to clean with baking soda and vinegar water solution.

We are senior citizens and needed a functional non-slip, non-skid bathtub/shower mat. This one is the right size and works well for us.

it does not mildew

The main reason I purchased this was for safety in the bath tub. I also liked the design, which was why I chose this over the others I looked at. Unfortunately, the suction on this mat is nearly non-existent. If I step into the tub and place my foot firmly STRAIGHT down, I don't slide. (Most of us enter a tub from the side, however, so you have to be extremely mindful of how you place your foot on top of the mat.) While standing still it's okay, but if you move your feet, the mat will move with you. Ultimately, while I wanted to love this mat (it is attractive), I'm afraid I don't and I'm going to have to buy something else.

This fits in my shower as excepted also lays flats which is nice. But one thing if you are not carefully the mat will slip and slide. The suction cups are not strong enough to grip the floor to stay in place. Which is frustrating because I am disabled so I have to extra careful while in the shower. But it is not only this shower mat that has this problem. It seems to recurring theme with bath/shower mats. I just wish they would be better constructed like from years in the past. I mean that is the reason why a person would buy bath/shower mat is to put down so you are ensured that there is no slipping while bathing.

I don't know why others are giving this a bad review. I'm reviewing the Viva oval bath mat, blue. It is excellent and just what I wanted. It smells like plastic, not marijuana! Unroll it and put it in the bath and there is no plastic smell. It is durable, well made and attractive and just what I wanted. The suction is very good. I will definitely buy more.
