Hair Food Multi-use, 3-in-1 Hair Treatment Mask, Banana, 400ml

I bought the Garnier Aloe Vera and Banana Hair Food masks because dry hair has a way of making itself known loudly, usually by looking like it has been brushed with a balloon and a mild sense of regret. Both tubs are great, and I like having the choice between them. The Aloe Vera one feels lighter and fresh, so it is good when hair needs moisture without feeling weighed down. The Banana one feels richer and more nourishing, and the scent is very much “tropical smoothie, but for your head.” Thankfully, it smells lovely rather than overpowering. They are easy to use and versatile, which is a big plus. You can use them as a quick conditioner, a longer hair mask, or a leave-in treatment if your hair is having a particularly dramatic day. After using them, hair feels softer, smoother, and easier to manage, with a bit more shine and less of that dry, straw-like situation. The tubs are generous too, so they feel like good value. A little goes a decent way, unless you are someone who applies hair mask with the enthusiasm of icing a cake. No judgement there. Overall, these are simple, effective, nice-smelling hair treatments that make dry hair feel much happier. The Aloe Vera is the calm, sensible one; the Banana is the cheerful tropical one. Together, they are basically a tiny spa shelf for your bathroom.

I bought this because it was cheap and cheerful and was in desperate need to add moisture back into my hair after bleaching treatment stripped my hair of all life. I couldn’t even comb my wet hair, I thought it was never going to be revived. Personally I hate the smell of this, it’s very foam bananas which is a bit much for my sensitive nostrils. I’ve previously tried the papaya one and that too has way too much fragrance. However, after a couple of weeks of using this as a regular conditioner, I must say I am super impressed with how it has brought back the moisture in my hair. It hasn’t made my hair super shiny or even healthy looking but it feels SO soft. It’s not an instant miracle and it really only started making a noticeable difference after a few washes so you have to stick with it but if your bleached hair is crying out for help, absolutely give this a go.

Great quality and results for hair - I use it as a mask after washing my hair and it helps a lot with fizziness, my hair feels more hydrated, less tangled after use and smells unreal. Great size and very good value for money, definitely recommend. P.S: I have long hair and need a lot of hair products to keep it healthy and good-looking, this mask is my main choice when it comes to hair products, actually buying it more than 5th time now and very happy with performance long term.

I use this for my daughter's curly hair. It's a nice, thick conditioner. We really like the smell but we think the brown tub (same company) seems more effective for managing her hair. I think the other one moisturises better and gives better curl definition. I would still buy this again though, depending on which one is on sale.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this product and highly recommend it. I use it as a mask and then rinse off and it leaves my hair really soft and shiny. I had chemo 18 months ago and lost all my hair and since growing back I’ve had issues with dry sensitive scalp and some dandruff. This not only does not irritate my scalp it actually seems to help calm it and reduces the flaking. Smells nice too.

Gorgeous smell and wonderful conditioning. I apply on my dry hair. It replenishes so well. I have never had such a great conditioner. My Locktition introduced me to this when teasing out the small areas that had matted.

This product works a treat on stressed, dry, fine hair. Left on after showering for 30 mins with a hot towel. Hair has body and volume, with no dry, stray ends. Absolutely recommended.

Gjorde mig lite misstänksam att det inte fanns något skydds papper mellan produkten och locket. Dvs när man öppnar locket vet man inte om någon pillat i produkten, spätt ut den osv. Produkten är även OTROLIGT parfymerad! Not my cup of tea. Jag skulle nog få huvudvärk av att använda den i duschen.
