after relatively light wind this flimsy product - screwed to the patio and pinned to the grass (with the short pins supplied) took off like a parachute while I was at work and wrapped itself around the garden wall. Most of the main joints split - being plastic. As you can see - after barely a week it is ruined. In fact it took over an hour to get it off the wall and we were lucky not to be injured because the thing is full of joints that can easily trap your fingers. It arrived two days later than promised as it was and I wish I had not wasted money on it. More ornamental than functional and I don't think it should be advertised at 'heavy duty' as it is nothing of the kind. Almost impossible for two people to erect. It is badly designed and weak and flimsy and potentially dangerous. Thank heavens we were not hosting a party when it blew away.

Heavy duty? Don’t make me laugh. Absolute sun shade in no wind only. It leaks, it’s not sturdy. Spend more and be happy. Don’t buy this one.

Used for shade in the garden.

Totally inferior frame. Even when tied down with sides on the wind causes the frame to twist. The sections are very lightweight and simply bend and once one or two bend then the whole lot collapses. I tried to get spare parts from them but even then none are available. Only buy from a manufacturer that can back their item up.

First of all - it arrived with no box or bag (it is in description though so I must have missed it) Second - it arrived and once it was put up I noticed white ish stains on the cover (picture 1) I work as a carpenter and under gazebo we have usualy our saw and other tools when it looks like it is going to rain. After 1 hour of very light rain there was water dripping through the cover, on to our expansive equipment. We have had cheaper gazebos which worked fine, it was always the frame which broke and let the product down. They usualy last half a year. This one went to box after 1 hour. Unfortunately I missed the Return window as I put it up first time some time after it arrived and then I went on holiday. This product is utter rubbish, save yourself money and nerves and avoid.

What a waste of money this gazebo only lasted 2 hours and did not have all the specks advertised with it. A waste of money and i will never buy again. £100 including p&p crap
