I want to state this for the record:I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. Now that phone is already water-resistant. So, because this phone is already water-resistant and I quote "it's not waterproof," I was a bit hesitant whether or not I should buy this case despite it being waterproof. The reason why I was a bit picky is that every single phone company that sells a case that claims to be waterproof doesn't always turn out that way. But in this case, if you shop on Amazon and if you look for a waterproof phone, then this is something that you should definitely consider buying.Now typically, usually when a person gets their phone in the water they immediately take it out of the water, shake it and try to get every ounce of water that may be still inside the phone. But in this case, I didn't even have to do that.Now according to the people that bought this waterproof case, it is true that your sound varies meaning that if you play a video on YouTube or if you listen to music without the headphones, you will be able to notice the difference in the sound. Not only is this case waterproof, but it is aware that it decreases your sound boost so they even provide you a headphone Jack Wire in case you do have headphones all you need to do is just simply equipped that wire into your phone and connect that to your headphones. This case for the s9+ is legit and your phone is 100% secured.

I know the case needs to be watertight, but the headphone adapter doesn't plug all the way in, so I can't listen to music thru headphones. And the microphone, during calls, I've been told that they can't hear me talking at times. Small details, for a well protected phone! Hopefully when the S10+ is released, they will be ready with an awesome case like this one is!

Haven't had an occasion to opine on the water proof nature :)Cons: sensitivity: while overall i did not notice a whole lot of difference, edges, corners, and the "swipe" feature while typing gets a little difficult and i have to adjust my pressure on the screen to get consistent results.

This case is great. Super easy to put on and I love that you can see the color of my phone. I am clumsy so I love that I don't have to worry about dropping my phone in water. I also love being able to take pics underwater. Definitely worth the price.

Have had this case for a week now. A couple nights ago an ant got into my case and got smashed on the screen. Last night the flap on the charging port rubber plug piece ripped off. So now to get the rubber plug out I really have to dig.

This case on first glance seems like a great deal. On day one I thought it was fine, even having some issues with the screen protector causing touching issues in certain spots as well as the fingerprint scanner was affected. Today when trying to make a phone call I realised the sound was not good on either end of the call and speaker phone isn't even an option for others to hear you. It seems like these cases are hit and miss with fit and I got a bad one.

Love this case! Fits properly and is water proof. We were out grilling when a down pour started after getting inside and checking it out by phone appeared to be dry!
