Great umbrella - has lasted through all summer storms.

This was our second warehouse deal umbrella. The first one worked out great. When we saw this online, condition very good and no description of issue with the item so we purchased it as a spare. Unfortunately we did not check out the umbrella when it arrived. We took it out last weekend to put up and discovered that the pole was broken in half, the top cap cracked and one of the support rods had been dented. Very disappointing that the description did not specify any issues. Whoever checked this item back in missed quite a bit.

Looks enough. Was never able to open it. Broken at tilt mechanism so in 2 pieces for the top half. Not sure if this is a weak point or broken in factory or something else like broke in transit without breaking box. Box was not thick card board and flexible. Seller did refund after had to submit picture. No exchange was available. I am concerned with construction. Bought steel pole to avoid it breaking/bending, but if going to break at tilt then I will look elsewhere. But the price is great and this may be perfect. I will try a different one, but this will still be on my short list to try again if next one has trouble or needs replacing. Construction is simple screw thread top and bottom pole with decent look and near seamless.

Much sturdier pole than the aluminum ones!

Had umbrella for 1 month, the part that the umbrella arms go into broke (wire) no way to fix. Boy did I hear about buying cheap from my family. Sorry I bought!

Product showed up missing treads, could not connect both poles in order to put the umbrella together.
