Xelement 1446 Men's 'Vigilant' Black Leather Logger Boots with Inside Zipper

These boots are great for riding my motorcycle. I can tell that the sole will last and the rest is tough real leather. So many times I needed to put bandaids on an area where new boots rubbed and irritated my feet but not with these boots. I've already ridden over 200 miles a few times with no problems with comfort. The zipper helps with getting them off and on which is a big plus. I already recommended them to a couple of friends. The price was great for boots of this quality. I bought them 1/2 of a size bigger than I usually do with shoes or sneakers and this worked out great.

I purchase a new pair of boots every spring, It is pretty much all I wear all year long, I might wear a regular shoe 3 or 4 times a year at most, I ride a Motorcycle 9 / 10months of the year +/- depending on the NH weather,I put my new boots on April 1st, by April first the the following year they are pretty well done.<b> These boots started falling apart by the first week of June, about 1 month from the first day i put them on.The boot it self is fine, but I do not know what the leather is. all the skin (all i can think to call it. ) peeled off the the top front (toe Area) top of the boots leaving what looks like and feels like real leather. The boots are not affected, other then looking two tone, For this reason I would purchase this brand again.

These boots fit as expected and are a good deal for the price. Some of the things that stand out to me, the stitching is better than it should be, the soles are screwed together rather than just glued, the lacing hardware seems sturdy. Also they were packaged well. These are features that are often sub par in other boots but these boots are solid.They are fairly comfortable out of the box. I did add an insole but I do that with any boots. I am so far well satisfied with my purchase.

The heal is coming off of one of the boots. I purchased the boots 2 months ago. Had to replace the shoe strings after 6 weeks of use.

These boots are very very comfortable ! Recommend these boots because they fit immediately when I received them and did not need to be broken in !

I wear these every day in an office setting and every time I ride. These are very comfortable and fit true to size. These are great boots for motorcycling. The soles are wearing well. The side zippers really help to get in and out of the boots. The uppers are very well constructed of good leather that has yet to crack. My only issue is that this past summer I was walking in a parade and had to jog at times to keep up with our entry. In doing so, I think I damaged the boots where the heels are nailed to the soles. Ever since then, the nails show through the bottom of the heels and my left boot upper has seperated from the sole at the heel. I was able to use some adhesive to fix the boot, but now any time I walk through any moisture, my boot squeaks as if it were completely water logged. If you only plan to ride, walk, and sit, I think these boots are fantastic. I wouldn't try to run a marathon in them. They aren't combat boots. Fit and style are exactly what I wanted.

I purchased these boots to replace my current Xelement boots. My old pair had the dual zippers on each boot, easy to get on, and off. I wanted to buy the same pair, but they were out of my size. After 10mins of wearing these, the left boot zipper completely unzipped. Everytime I wear them after a few mins the left boot will be unzipped and after a couple weeks the right boot is doing the same thing. Avoid buying these boots!
