I’ve been having a problem with chronic dehydration. I have to say that when I use this, I don’t have problems with my muscles, etc., when it happens. I ended up going to the doctor one day and he checked all of my levels and everything came back fine even though they hadn’t just a week before. I asked him if he thought it could be because of this product and he said it was very possible. He even took down the name of it! I do have to say two small negative things about it even though it’s not enough to take off a star. I think that it leaked out a little bit because it felt a little gritty on the outside. And as far as it’s saying that there’s no flavor, not true! It’s definitely salty. But if you have issues like me, it’s something you just need to put up with.

Yes, it does have a bit of a metallic taste, but it sure beats sicky sweet! So many push that they have no sugar added, but they are sweetened with "natural" (undefined) flavors or monk fruit or grape juice, etc. Also, this product has no added salt whereas many contain more than half my daily amount.

I love this product, basically zero taste and a little goes a long way. A bottle typically last us a month between my husband and I. It’s a easy way to get extra electrolytes into our system, can add to anything from water to smoothies.

I am new to using Hi Lyte. I had a virus that left me dehydrated and being in menopause during which it can be hard to keep hydrated, I looked around for an alternative to buying carts full of plastic bottles filled with rehydrating water. I chose the Hi Lyte low sodium and it has been fantastic! I make pitchers full of it to keep in the fridge so I can fill my to go bottle whenever I am away from home, at work, etc. In addition to keeping me hydrated, there is no weird taste or flavor to it which is what I was looking for. My skin is improving because I am keeping so much more hydrated. (Hot flashes and night sweats can cause a lot of fluid loss). I am a water drinker anyway, and use this in all my daily water. I tried one bottle to see how I liked it, and now am going on the subscription plan. I highly recommend this if you are experiencing high levels of sweating due to menopause or in your daily life activities as well as for athletes. I am a paraplegic and roll a lot which also can make me work up a sweat. I am as of today a repeat customer!

I have used this product for several years. Last order of two bottles have a Toxic taste and smell, both bottles. I contacted customer support not much of a response been along time since I have last heard from them and still no resolution. I expected more since my health is important. Don't want to be poisoned.
