This product provides an opportunity for SoClean users to save money on the replacement filters. The plastic canister made by SoClean is not meant to be re-used; however, with minor breakage, one can get the cap off. That allows access to the filter that needs replacing. The replacement is simple.I'm new to the product, so I can't speak for the longterm implication of using the case for an indefinite period of time; however, I see no reason that it won't last for a good amount of time.One criticism: The instructions are printed in an incredibly small typeface. Happily, I could take a picture of the small page and expand the picture on my phone.

I bought these for my grandma. the filters are cheaper than buying a whole new component and they do the same thing. They are super easy to replace and they’re nice and clean! I’ll probably be buying these again when it’s time to change the filters again.

For those of us that use a BiPAP, and find out the company replacements are a bit over the top – expensive; this product works just fine and is cost-effective.

Non-existent instructions on how to open the cartridge box. As a result I broke it and had to order the more expensive kit anyway. So I returned this product.
