I love this mat so much! I use it for mat pilates. My old mat was a foam type of material that would stretch out making my hands and feet gradually end up farther away. I read so many reviews to pick a mat, and I love this one.It's very lightweight, so it would be great for travel.The alignment marks are very helpful so that in any position you can use them as a reference for symmetry.Even though it looks thin, it's very padded so my spine never hurts when I do roll downs or anything.It doesn't have any stretch to it so my positions aren't hard to hold.It has no smell which is something a lot of reviews for other mats mention.It's grippy.I'm very happy with it especially for the price. I wish it came in more colors!

I like the mat and lines but it could be thicker. Yoga class has slick wood floors. This keeps me from slipping and helps keeps me alined. It also helps me remember where to place my body for moves (like for me, thumbs on dots and toes on end cross is perfect downwards dog). I can kind of judge if i am getting a better stretch/bend from class to class by using the marks.I do wish it was thicker because my knees really could use that on such a hard floor.

I recently received the Ewedoos yoga mat and am very pleased with my purchase.The mat is exactly as described and appears to be of high quality. It's also quite lightweight which is an added feature.

Nice mat. I liked the guidelines on the mat, but it's too sticky. My feet kept getting caught when doing anything that required quick lateral movements. Length and thickness were good. Did return it since I thought there was a danger of losing balance and falling as feet dragged.

The width and length work but consider a little bigger size if you want the extra space.

So glad I got this mat. I love the color. The guidelines are super helpful. Super high quality mat, I get compliments all the time on it.

I bought this mat back in November because I loved the alignment markers and just needed a new one. Honestly everything was going SO good. I loved the thickness and the size. The straps made it so easy to carry and I was so in love and impressed. However, after a few months of hot yoga, the mat lost it’s shape, the sides curl up after unrolling and it no longer rolls out flat. It is also SUPER slippery during hot yoga or when I get super sweaty. And I’m afraid it just isn’t as durable. I really want to love it but I unfortunately just don’t :( I think this will be a great mat for beginners or those who do yoga sparingly. I would invest in a more higher quality mat if you go 4-5x a week.

Been getting into yoga this year and after about 3 months I thought I’d better buy my own mat for hygiene and quality. For the price, I really don’t think you could do better. It’s not thick, we do a lot of quick movements, balances and strength positions so I knew I didn’t want anything thick that would cause slipping or imbalance. It is however enough to give a little protection on the knees ect. The grippy material has definitely helped with my slippy hands in down dog in comparison to the old standard fitness mat I used (but I could also be improving myself also). Just give it a wipe down afterwards to get rid of sweaty marks. The alignment lines are great for getting my foot placement right when swapping positions. I love that there was a black version, less in your face and distracting. It can roll at the ends sometimes if left too tight but I think that’s the same with any mat so just leave it out for a bit before packing back up, The carrier isn’t great, I can’t imagine it lasting a long time but it isn’t what I bought the mat for.
