The board is nicely constructed with two games on one board back to back. It folds up and stores nicely in its box. The board itself is strong and sturdy, not flimsy. It’s not like old style that I had as a kid that folded in half, but it’s made just as well. Just a different style of folding. The bonus is having Tic Tack Toe on the backside. Great for any age child who has the ability to play Tic Tac Toe then graduate into Checkers! Great find for the price! Perfect!!

Great size for the price love the tic tac toe board on back. Just be careful opening and closing board tore mine.

Inexpensive set is perfect for playing, it folds in quarters so it takes up very little space. I found it to be sturdy enough and not flimsy as a few others thought.

Love it, teaching my 6 yo grandson how to play checkers and he's already a pro at tic tac toe. Nice heavy duty stable board thats foldable, packaging is top notch so we can keep it neat and clean. Colors are popping, very easy to use Great value, better than I expected.

The regular sized board folds into a compact square and the checkers pieces are light weight. This is perfect for occasional use and is a space saver. If you use the game frequently, you may want to get a more substantial set.

This checkers set, while a legit board game, falls short of being the quality most people look for. The game arrived in a small box; so right away I knew the board was compromised. It is unstable when you set up the game--especially if you are playing on a bed, outside or on any slightly uneven surface. This is primarily because the board is split into four sections for ease of folding. I'd much rather have had a fully-intact board and don't really understand why Amazon rated this checkers set the preferred one. Also, while I'm at it, the checkers were on the small side and I have smaller hands, so if I felt they were too small, others would probably agree with that.
