I originally bought this supplement at a very highly rated Health food store. They are extremely knowledgeable about products and provide to customers only ones they approve of. It worked so well , but it was pricey at the store so I thought I’d look for it on line. It is a fabulous fiber and colon cleanser.

I was having some bowel regularity and ease of going issues. I knew my two meal a day plan was going to be short on fiber so I bought a powderer product that was very high in sugar and did not make much of a difference. In consultation with my doctor, he directed me to the psyllium capsule approach and I selected yerba after some research. This product has been excellent. I have good bowel movements without the need to strain (and without a panic to find a bathroom). I can't speak directly to what the product is also doing with the intestinal track health, but certainly no objectionable side effects. I have only been taking this for a few weeks, but so far, very pleased with the results.
