As the brand itself is a quality so this Chyawanprash also is full of healthy herbs and the smell also nice. I loved the taste. It is same as I used to eat during my child days. The product is really good. I'm sharing few pros and cons below: Pro'S: The product has good consistency and thick in quality. The texture is good and you would feel like its Jam. The taste is sweet and good. You would feel the taste of Awla Cons: The sugar part is bit more and could have been better. There are other few brands whose taste and sweetness is better than this.

First, Consume half small spoon, then observe any problem like vision blur or slight pain in heart side, throat pain, especially Sugar Patients. If there is no problem observed, tale full spoon, definately it will reduce heart side pain also reduce more breath taking on a normal walk, within three days. A GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT.

If you have eaten chayawanprash as a kid then this is it. Avaleha is supposed is much better formulation. Good taste and smooth to eat.
