We recently had new carpet installed, however, our Dyson has too much suction and seizes when vacuuming. We needed a solution so I searched up vacuums for high pile carpet. It recommended this one. We read reviews and then found that there was a renewed one being sold. Figured for the price, take a chance and see what we think. Our unit came thoroughly cleaned unlike some who have claimed to have had happen. There were a few dings and scuffs on the unit but for the price, I'm not complaining. The vacuum head is fairly small compared to what we've been used to but overall it has a strong suction and no issues on our new carpet. I have found going in certain directions of the carpet is harder than other directions but never does it seize like my Dyson. The unit almost feels self-propelled at times and is quite zippy. The sleek design makes vacuuming under beds easy and possibly unlike traditional vacuums. The lights on it are such a plus. It has some great attachments and comes with a mounting bracket to hang the vacuum as it can't stand on it's own. Overall a great buy and would recommend.

I have 3 big dogs and teenagers needless to say, I have to vacuum several times a week. This vacuum is amazing. I've had it a few months now and it is still going strong. The suction power is great, the attachments make cleaning ceiling fans, couches, and blinds a breeze. I like how it easy it is to access areas of it like the rollers and filters. I would recommend getting extra filters as the suction power is highly affected by the cleanliness of your filters. Great buy and I have already recommended it to family and friends.

I bought this knowing that it was "refurbished ", but I would have thought that they would have at least cleaned it up to make it look like new before sending it to me. It still had dirt all over it and the filters were dirty from where the previous owner used it.It does work really good so far. I've had it for a month now and use it almost everyday on my tile floors all throughout the house. I have 4 dogs and they're always tracking dirt in. So it does work really good getting up the dog hair and dirt. The cord is super long too.

I love this thing, I wasn't sure when I ordered it. It's fantastic, the power brush makes it almost self-propelled. Plenty of power, pulls up carpet lent every time I vacuum, it's that strong! The only downside is the size of the dirt cup, but if you need a small vac this is your product. For the size, 99 out of 100.

UPDATE:I have bought a total of 6 vacuums of this model, three of them are returned items and naver had an issue with (and I don't mind) on my last order I recived my package and left it on my garage for about 2 weeks and when I decided to open it I found out that the suction stick that connects the base with the handle wasn't in it. I emailed the company but, no body has reached to me. The 5 stars are for the vacuum performance.0 stars for customer service!!!love this! I vacuum 2-3 times a day and all the dog hair gets lifted from our floors. I vacuum the couches, blinds, tile, carpets and so on. Lift the dust and cleans athe same time 😊. Very pleased.

This vacuum works great on the rugs with low pile, and the vinyl flooring. But my apartment has long pile rugs in the bedrooms and I have a shaggy rug in the living room. It doesn't pick up even the smallest pieces off those rugs. Yes, it is lightweight and easy to move, but doesn't work where I actually need it most

When I ordered this reconditioned vacuum I wondered if it would be as good as new. It was! I love the strong suction, the long cord, and the ability to carry this around without difficulty. But my favorite feature is the light that allows me to spot spider webs easily when vacuuming in the corners of the ceiling. It's the first time I've enjoyed vacuuming spider webs! Also, after months of use, I have had zero problems with the vacuum.

Came in great shape , excellent suction power , Easy to dump and perfect for stairs with the hookups , bottom heavy but not a deal breaker . Very happy with it
