Product description Kalamata olives are famous for their unique rich taste and texture. The quality of the olives, and the method of picking, curing and dressing are crucial. Our olives are hand-picked on a private estate. The olives are cured traditionally,in sea salt brine for several months (lack of scoring means curing takes longer). They are then pitted at the end of curing, and placed in a luxury dressing of organic extra virgin olive oil , organic red wine vinegar, and wild mountain oregano. The first time I ordered these olives, I noticed there didn’t seem to have a lot of olives in the jar but I was too eager to taste them to weigh them before trying them. This is my third time ordering and I have finally done it so here goes: as I suspected, the drained weight does not correspond to the information written on the jar - I knew it from the start as I have a pretty good judgment when it comes to measurements. After draining them for 10 minutes, the weight came up to 380g... not 454g like they say.So, yes they are delicious but before you buy this product, be aware that you are going to pay £15 for less than 400g of olives... is this worth it?

SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS PRODUCT
I am so glad I came across these delicious olives - cant get enough of them - forget about having just a few - you wont be able to stop. They are lovely with a salad and with almost anything else. Will keep ordering them.

Lovely olives. Last 2 weeks after opening.
Very good quality and flavour. I find jars too much if just one or stop eating salad at the wrong time and end up wasting sometimes. It lasts two weeks once opened if keep under the oil they are in. Though did not try in hot weather. I will continue to buy on occasions.
