Panamax M5300 Surge Protector

Great Seller, great product - I have two others.

I've had one for about ten years and am looking to buy another. It would be nice if the seller would answer the questions I've sent regarding this unit's condition. I've asked on three different occasions. What does "very good" mean? There is no description whatsoever regarding dents, dings, or scratches. I've seen these units sold in used condition before without power cords. There is no information whether or not this is such a unit. The description of this item is too vague to buy on hope. The only reason I'm giving the product five stars is because the unit I have works great and I love it. Not a single problem in the ten years I've owned it. I can't really speak for this particular unit that's on sale here because I haven't seen it up close.
