I've had it for 6 months and have loved it. now it needs to charge and will not charge. i've tried multiple cords and nothing. can i get it replaced?

These are great speakers, but they only last about 6 months to a year. I have gone through 3 of them in 2.5 years. Great speaker when it works, but the company does not stand behind the warranty.

How do you contact customer service because I just bought mine at Christmas And love it but it completely stopped working a couple of days ago?

Have you charged it? If it didn't charge then it could be a bad cord, it's like a usb with an android end try purchasing a new cord maybe

Can i plug this into an sb 7 spirit box? it has a 3.5mm jack.

No! It just has a slot for a mini charging plug, & SD mini card, fill up the card,& blast away, it's got a lot of bass to it...& volume! 😄

How do you check the battery level from the speaker itself? It's not connected to my phone.

In settings click on bluetooth, it should tell u how much percentage of battery is left on the speaker. Let me say also, its an ok speaker for the price
