This is the 4th one we have bought. We run the one in the living room all year either on heat or air. We have one in each bedroom. We keep the oldest one that’s about 7-8 yrs old as a spare in case one has a problem. We just love it.

I was thrilled to receive this air cooler on what promised to be a hot day. However, after unboxing it, checking it for damage/defects, and plugging it in I turned it on and almost immediately smelled the unmistakable smell of ozone. I thought to myself that maybe it was because the device was new and the smell would dissipate. Within five minutes I couldn't stand to be in the room with it without developing a massive headache. I moved it out to the garage and let it run there for a few hours to see if the ozone smell went away but it did not. An online review of the product revealed that this is a common issue with these EdenPure devices and that there was nothing that could be done. I went onto Amazon to send it back for a replacement because it was unusable for me and there was no option to replace it, only to refund. I also had to pay to ship it back to Suarez Corporation, a startling $96.81. They might be the most amazing device in the world if you get a good one but I'll never know because I won't be purchasing one of their products ever again.

Works very good

I had one of these for about 5 years. One day it caught fire. I took it to getting old. I ordered another one in November 2025. I had it in our bedroom. Right before I went to sleep last night I thought I smelled something hot. I checked everywhere and didn’t see anything. I had it set at 65 degrees. This morning I got up and the odor was so strong I choked. I checked the heater again and realized it was coming from it. I shut it off and unplugged it. It sat for awhile and when I went to pick it up to take it out of the room it was sooo hot I couldn’t carry it. I am going to call and probably have to fight to get my money back.

Can’t get it cool well

I love this product. I had my previous one for over 10 years. The seller was very helpful.

This is my 2nd purchase of this model heater I’ve purchased. Great product and not my first, nor last, Edenpure I’ll buy!!
