When I bought this product, I expected it to pivot from the wall. However after I received it, and it was stationary, I looked back and it never mentioned nor had pictures that would lead me to believe that. So maybe it’s just me, and I made it up in my head. However if you think that it will pull away from the wall, it will not. It however is a very good product, that we enjoy... and all our guests make comments on how cool it is. So very least, will make you look super fancy!

It does the job...mostly. It's really annoying to manage though. The screws go in alright, but the other side is hanging about an inch off of the wall. When I have to take the tablet out to do some work on it, putting the tablet and mount back together takes forever. Probably better designs available, but still works.

I like it don’t think it’s worth $40. It’s just plastic. Wasn’t level against wall I used command strips to hold it in place. If it wasn’t for the wife I would send it back

Plastic a little cheap and hard to press the on/off and volume button. Mine cheaper at the tip but TOO much of a hassle to exchange. Otherwise looks nice on the wall

Charging cable is VERY short and isn’t very good quality.

Bought this after watching a YouTube video by MK-SmartHouse. I put it in my kitchen for easy access to Alexa with an Amazon Fire 7 tablet while in the kitchen. It was very easy to install and it is very durable. I will be buying more in the future.

Pretty impressed, thank you including the custom micro USB to make the job easier. Paired with the legrand Pass & Seymour USB/light switch, it works as a dream smart home panel.

This is probably the worst product I have ever ordered on Amazon. We got these mounts and they do not lay flush to the wall. They will hold a amazon fire however they are not well made at all. Cheap plastic! Do not waste your time.

Pros:The price is reasonable. Others at this price range are 3D printed, which appear much less finished than this product.The box came with USB extension cables.Cons:Difficult to install in a 2-gang or larger wall panel as the buttons rely on being pressed up against the wall to be held in place.Although not difficult to setup, there should be wiring options for those looking to use a 5V supply from the socket (behind the mount). Having the cable run down a wall to plug into a socket makes the mount, in my option, ugly and useless. Even if there is a plug in the switch (as seen in the photos) it still looks much less appealing.

Overpriced....Also has dents or imperfections on plastic.
