Dont buy this machine it shows higher readings compared to pump machine which hospital uses.

Very good and useful product. Battery life also very long. Readings accurate, provided you use it by the instructions written.

Could give 0 stars Prduct never worked. Set up a return request, but nothing happened. Absolutely terrible product, even worse customer service. This is a scam to sell faulty products.

Have been using it for almost 4-5yrs. This is my second order. Really handly & easy to ise for anyone. It's really accurate if u position the cuff and hand properly.

Machine is always showing very high readings as compared with traditional stethoscope & inflation methods. Maybe due to the wrist cuff being too stiff and tight to start with. When it inflates it inflates too much so the veins in arm and hand feel like totally stopped.

Value for money for the features. Has memory recall function where one can see previous readings. Easy to use. Wrist usage is more convenient compared to upper arm models. Follow the instructions and you will get accurate readings. Results are easy to read. Also works well with Omron app on phone which can keep record of data which gets loaded to the app through picture taken on smart phone. App also shows average of readings over days, weeks or months. Included box for storage is readlly good quality and helps to store/carry in travel. Note that since Sep 2020 Omron has reduced warranty period of BP monitors from 5 years to 3 years. The pack and Omron service confirmed that latest policy is 2years+1year additional (total 3 years) when one registers online warranty. Warranty card is not stamped but that does not matter and I was able to register online warranty with the digital pdf invoice.

It works for me as it is easy to use. The upper arm cuff is a little too cumbersome.

The device is sturdy and well-made. However, we are not sure if the readings are accurate as a doctor's one didn't match.

Product is fine and delivery extraordinarily prompt BUT when I tried to register it for warranty I discovered that as a parallel import, (via India), no Australian warranty service was available. This should have been made clear on the site offering the sale.

Very pleased with purchase

Returned this the day after it arrived. Initially could not register on website for warranty as it would not verify serial number printed on item or box (despite following instructions which were in the box). Also a bit of a hit and miss when taking measurement. Cannot confirm if measurements were correct but was only able to provide a valid reading after every 2-3 attempts. Very frustrating. Finally, not sure about this but I sincerely believe I read somewhere in the description that this had Bluetooth capability. I could be be wrong but just to confirm, it does NOT have Bluetooth capabilities.
