Worthy and good taste.

Its a good product from saffola. Well blended oil with Olive oil amd flax seeds oil.Nice arome and flavour.Got this for 175 Rs. Great service from amazon always.One thing important to mark is that its not a pure extra virgin olive oil but a blended one. ITS NOT FOR COOKING, ITS FOR DIPS AND SALAD DRESSING and i explain you why :-Both Olive and flax seeds have numerous health benefits. Flax seeds are rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. Comparatively Flax seed oil is richer than Olive oil.Now coming to the purpose of this oil, its only for dressing or dips because of the fact it has flax seed oil.First reason is - Flax seed oil breaks down at very low temperature and hence should not be treated with heat. While olive oil does handles heat well and is perfect for cooking frying etc.Second reason is - Smoke point (the temperature at which oils release smoke) of flax seed oil is less (around 102 C) while of extra virgin olive oil is around 240 C.Since its blended with flax seed oil, its very healthy but not for cooking purpose.

If I say in one word the quality of this oil is ‘wonderful’! What more we can ask for. It contains 80% of Extra Virgin Oil & 20% of Flaxseed Oil. Everybody knows the benefits of Extra Virgin Olive & Flaxseed Oil.Both contains high amount of ‘Omega 3’ & ‘Omega 6’ fatty acids which are highly essential amino acids for our good Heart health, to maintain HDL – Good Cholesterol in your body and reduce LDL – Bad cholesterol. Unfortunately these acids does not generate in human body, we have to take it from food in order to fulfill the requirement in our body. If used in moderation with regular workout this oil would be a great companion to live a healthy and active life. I agree cost is on higher side but relief is it’s from the house of premium time-tested brand of oil manufacturers from decades. So, can’t doubt of its quality.As this is a Extra Virgin Olive oil so it is not for high point heating like frying and high temperature cooking. But for dressing, little saute & frying needs.Delivery was prompt with Amazon Prime. Packaging was superb whether primary packaging of oil which is in decent glass + attractive premium labelling having all the details required for the consumer. Even secondary packaging from Amazon was quite impressive, sturdy, safe to deliver product in its best form and without any dents & damage.The product is recently launched and I think that’s why Suffola is offering this product at a very attractive discount. received in perfect condition.a very good oil with lots of benefits as specified in product description.has a very nice aroma and taste. it is generally for salad dressings,garnishing etc. It is also available in refined variant that you can use for everyday cooking, i also bought that.also quite affordable compared to many brands of other extra virgin olive oil.the manufacture date of the product is july 2018 and as it is best before 12 months it is a fresh product well within the expiry limit.since saffola is a very renowned brand i am confident about its quality control.so all in all a very satisfactory purchase.
