Item arrived in a timely manner and adequately packed in Amazon Box.The item is very compact and ideal for your portable Satellite Equipment and suits this well with all that you need for ‘sat on move’ However, if used for home use the remote set up and operational needs are somewhat limited compared to many similar TSBs. The box being lightweight and compact is governed by the cables attached rather than the other way round and I had difficulty getting the box to lay flat. Similar with remote the basic small remote has the essentials but missing other functions due to its compactness.No problems setting up and very good basic functions and best suited for portability. I would not purchase for main home set again but there are plenty who require basics and portability and hence give 5* for that reason.

Never bought a cheap receiver before always had a decent make,and after this purchase will never go budget buying again.remote plasticky and unresponsive. Unit always getting red hot and freezing.no ethernet or wi fi despite being on menu.Astra satellite at 28.2 not in list,obviously not aimed at uk market. I could list more faults,only advice is avoid this item

Disappointing, well made light weight mini unit, remote control and HD cables, basic instruction leaflet. Test trial run, would only pick up Asian, Arabic and foreign channels listed satellites. English UK Astar satellite not listed or found🛰. Item returned to Amazon hub for a full refund. 👎

I bought this on behalf of my husband. He tells me that it is fairly easy to set up and use , but if you're not very technically minded it may take a little trial and error.The box is very small and neat , smaller than expected, but this is an advantage in my opinion. If it continues to work as well as it does now, then it will represent excellent value for money.

Surprised how small this unit is ,very neat.Very easy to set up and makes an ideal addition to my equipment.

Although the unit powered on, it did not detect any satellite signals, even bought a new cable but that did not help. I know the satellite is not a problem as have been using it for several years with a dvb-s card in a PC on Windows 8. Also unable to set the date/time and unable to configure the wifi connection with a separately purchased dongle. Item returned to Amazon

Easy to install and set up great picture and sound quality we do find the remote buttons a bit close together it is very easy to jump 2 channels when changing station apart from that a great buy.

This is the most annoying Item I have ever purchased. I am unable to get the Station I want to watch my Favorite Channels. Instruction Leaflet is unreadable due to it being miniscule. Very disappointed. Missing all my German Channels. They never stay the same number. ☹️
