My oneplus 5 phone has 5Ghz and 2.4. I cannot disable 5Ghz. It's disabled in my router. So I used a old Android phone to get connected. As soon as I got in it worked on my oneplus 5. Lights are good and bright. The support was very good. Sorry I put 4 stars for adhesion and 4 stars for overall. I have mainly Yeelight strips here but easier to connect adhesion still a problem though.

I bought these strip lights for my daughter to use around her pc desk and with Alexa. You can use the remote that congress attached with the lights but having it connected to Alexa would really well.The adhesive is not very strong and the lights end up peeling off so I used a double sided tape/glue to stick them down.They linked up to Alexa fine and the colours and brightness are very nice.

These are sold as IP67 rated and as I wanted them for outdoors I bought 2 sets. Undoing the package the first thing I see on the box is not suitable for outdoor use and it turns out the only IP67rated part is the actual strip lights. Controller, plug etc are not and given the length of cable supplied not possible to have controller indoors and lights out unless you fit a waterproof box to house them was not an option for me.

I don’t want a refund, I think the lights are very good and work well but when I received my package it didn’t come with a remote so it is difficult to change the colour of the lights, and it is also harder because the app does not connect to my lights

I have bought several of these light sets and loved them, however this time I ordered 3 packs to backlight the alcove in my living room, having done the first alcove i realised I needed another set so simply clicked the buy again button, what turned up was an older set which was unable to join to the others i had bought because the red, blue, green connections where in a different order so half the lights would be red, half the lights green. I find this very disappointing for what had been great service and a great product up until this.BEWARE WHEN BUYING MORE THAN 1 SET.

These lights work fabulous with the app.Much Brighter than others I bought plus this app links a lot more products in one.It’s a full transformer & plug in one not as pictured with separate transformer then long lead and plug.Seller was extremely quick responding helpful and friendly when came across a problem.So I bought another 3 sets off them.
